Víctor Corcoba

Víctor Corcoba is an Associate Professor of the Computer Science Department at the
University of Oviedo (Spain). Previously, he was a post-doctoral researcher for
Telematic Engineering at University Carlos III in Madrid (Spain). He obtained a Ph.D.
from the University of Carlos III (Spain) and an MSc at the University of Granada
(Spain). He is currently working on intelligent personal assistants, emotion recognition,
and stress detection in intelligent environments. He has more than 12 years of
experience working in research projects related to intelligent transportation systems
and the Internet of Things (IoT). He has authored and co-authored more than 75
scientific publications in journals and conferences and is a frequent reviewer of
international journals and international conferences.
